Conditions are very simple:

• Send us your passport photo and Telegram messenger number so we can check you in and send you your shipments.
• The minimum weight of the shipment must be 1 kg (2.2 lb).

We shipping orders from America to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.

We transport both parcels and commercial cargo in unlimited quantities without additional expenses for customs clearance.

All countries have restrictions on specific goods. When shipping goods from the country of origin to the country of destination, you must follow the rules of the countries.

Some items are prohibited from transportation by air.

Havvo Express does not accept goods prohibited for transportation: weapons, drugs, psychotropic, explosive, flammable and other dangerous substances.

It is forbidden to send:

• firearms, signaling, pneumatic, gas, ammunition, cold (including throwing), electroshock devices and spark gaps, as well as parts of these weapons;
• components and accessories for weapons;
• military or dual-use goods;
• drugs and narcotic drugs of any origin, psychotropic substances;
• radioactive substances;
• gunpowder, explosive, caustic, flammable and other dangerous substances;
• medicines, nutritional supplements, vitamins;
• animals and plants;
• animal feed;
• seeds;
• alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, tobacco, products containing nicotine;
• human remains and organs;
• objects of cultural and historical value;
• jewelry, precious metals and stones;
• works of art;
• money and monetary documents in any form: payment orders, checks, vouchers, securities, bonds, coupons, shares, credit cards;
• stamps;
• products and publication of an obscene nature and content, pornography in any form;
• radiophone;
• items prohibited for transportation by the world transport association;
• items that, by their nature or packaging, may pose a danger to workers moving parcels, soil or damage other items and equipment.

It is forbidden to send:

• sparklers and fireworks;
• gases in any package, including pepper and tear gases;
• flammable liquids, alcohol;
• perfumes, colognes, nail polishes and hair dyes, etc.;
• paints and varnishes, any paints and solvents for them;
• any fuel and empty containers from it;
• radioactive materials;
• anticorrosive substances;
• pipe cleaners;
• substances rich in oxygen;
• aerosol containers;
• scuba diving cylinders;
• propane tanks;
• CO2 capacity;
• weapons and ammunition;

• dry ice;

Except for force majeure related to flights, we deliver within 10-15 (working ) days from the day your item arrives at our US warehouses.

We have two warehouses. The first is in New York, the second in Delaware.

Our New York warehouse is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and our Delaware warehouse is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please take this into account when placing your orders.

You can order from any American site. On our website you will find a catalog of popular stores, but you can also order from online stores that are not represented there.

At your request, we can consolidate (combine) your orders.

Purchases from American online stores are paid for with Visa and MasterCard cards. Our services can also be obtained through a personal account. If you live in the territory of Uzbekistan, you can pay for the delivery of goods upon receipt at our office.

Parcels are sent once a week on Mondays. And they are packed and transferred to the airport on Thursdays. If your order has not arrived to us before Thursday, then its dispatch is postponed to the next time.

For authorization, enter your phone number. Then your id number. The bot sends notifications at all stages of the order for all statuses, from placing an order to delivery of cargo to customers.

At your discretion, you can pick up the goods yourself from our warehouse in Tashkent or use home delivery. Delivery within the city of Tashkent costs $4, and within Uzbekistan $7. And recipients in Kazakhstan will receive their orders through СДЭК pick-up points.
